This pineapple strawberry daiquiri recipe is one of my favorite variations of the cocktail. To begin the preparation process, you will first need to take out your blender and plug it in. Moving right along, next add into the blender the pineapple chunks, fresh stemless strawberries, ginger ale, coconut rum, fresh squeezed lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, superfine white sugar, crushed ice, and fresh squeezed lime juice. Once all of these ingredients are in your blender, pulse the machine until all of the sugar has completely dissolved, and the daiquiri has a smoothie like texture. After it is done being mixed together, you can regulate the thickness of it by simply adding more ice, or more ginger ale. Serve the daiquiris in highball glasses each garnished with a single pineapple wedge and a long straw.
